Pisco Sour Classic

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz Pisco Don Reynaldo Quebranta (90 ml)
  • 1oz Lemon juice (fresh) (30 ml)
  • 1 oz Syrup (30 ml)
  • 1oz egg white (30 ml)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Angostura bitter
  • PREPARATION

  • Combine Pisco Don Reynaldo quebranta, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white      in a cocktail shaker without ice and seal (Dry Shake)
  • Shake vigorously until egg white is foamy, about 10 seconds
  • Add ice to shaker and shake again very hard until well-chilled, about 10 seconds.
  • Strain into chilled cocktail glass; dash bitters atop the egg-white foam.
  • Maracuya Sour

    (Passion fruit pisco sour)

    INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz Pisco Don Reynaldo Quebranta (90 ml)
  • 1 oz Passion fruit juice (30 ml)
  • 1 oz Syrup (30 ml)
  • 1oz egg white (30 ml)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Angostura bitter
  • PREPARATION

  • Pisco Chilcano Classic

    INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Pisco Don Reynaldo Acholado (60 ml)
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1/2 oz Syrup (15 ml) (optional)
  • Ginger Ale (300 ml)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • PREPARATION

  • Fill a highball glass with ice, Pisco Don Reynaldo acholado, lemon juice,      syrup (optional) mix with a spoon.
  • Top with ginger ale and add the drops of bitters
  • A Garnish with a lemon slice
  • Chilcano Passion Fruit

    INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Pisco Don Reynaldo Acholado (60 ml)
  • 2 oz Passion fruit juice (60ml)
  • 1/4 oz Syrup (10ml)
  • 1/4 oz Fresh lime juice (10ml)
  • Ginger Ale (300 ml)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • Mint (decoration)
  • PREPARATION

  • Fill a highball glass with ice, Pisco Don Reynaldo acholado,                      passion fruit, syrup, fresh lime juice, mix with a spoon
  • Top with ginger ale and add the drops of bitters.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and mint
  • Pisco Passion berry

    INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Pisco Don Reynaldo Acholado (60 ml)
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1/2 oz Fresh emon juice (15 ml)
  • 1/2 oz Syrup (15 ml))
  • Raspberry tonic water / Ginger ale (200 ml)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 Strawberry slice
  • Mint
  • PREPARATION

  • First in a highball glass muddle strawberries with mint.
  • Add the syrup, fresh lemon juice and mix with a spoon. • Fill the glass with ice and add Pisco Don Reynaldo acholado.
  • Top with Raspberry tonic or Ginger ale.
  • Garnish with a strawberry slice and mint
